Maintenance
We offer an annual maintenance contract that provides coverage on the most common causes of air conditioning failure in Arizona.
Diagnosis and Repair
If your home's air conditioning system has stopped working, rest assured Greens Peak Air is ready and able to promptly respond to emergency service requests in an effort to restore your home's cooling and heating as fast as possible.
A/C Replacement
We will work with you to ensure your comfort is prioritized when developing a custom cooling and heating solution for your home. Whether you have a heat pump, mini-split, or gas furnace, our goal is to ensure you have sufficient heating and cooling at all times of the year.
Service Options
Service Inspection
A single inspection, tune-up, and diagnosis of your air conditioning system, whether it is running properly or not running at all.
Service Inspection Includes:
- Full system inspection
- AC condenser coil cleanse
- Detailed findings report
- Cost waived with repairs
Annual Maintenance
12 month air conditioning maintenance contract with Basic Repair Coverage, year-round prioritized emergency response service, two yearly evaporator coil cleanings, and two yearly service inspections to ensure year round comfort.
Basic Repair Coverage includes:
- All system capacitors (most common cause of air conditioning failure in Arizona)
- Clogged condensation drain lines
- All system fuses
- 25% discount on all other repairs and cleanings
Starting new maintenance contract will cover cost of initial service inspection. Maintenance contract can be cancelled anytime, however prorated remaining balance will be due at time of cancellation. If no maintenance services, repairs, or repair discounts were provided to customer during maintenance contract term, full refund will be issued. All prices shown in USD.
